72% Viognier and 28% Marsanne, this is an aromatic white with bright, spicy and vibrant fruit flavors supported by lively acidity making it a very food friendly wine. Stone fruits, candied ginger and floral aromas led the way and showcase Viognier from McLaren Valley at its finest. In the background the Marsanne adds slightly more exotic notes of green mango, hay and almond. The palate has a lovely medium bodied weight to it, with a touch of perfectly balanced sweetness. A wine for absentmindedly sipping and actively tasting alike.
