Estate Grown wines from La Paz, Mendoza. Pindal represents the spiritual animal from the foothills of the Andes in South America. It is said that Pindals (Hummingbirds) bring wisdom form the elders and their love to live after they are gone. A great expression of Argentina world's most prolific wine varietal. It is deeply colored, spicily rich with an exuberant juiciness and has as a trademark an almost velvety texture. It pairs well with red meats on the grilled, smoked or roasted. Hard cheeses and pasta with tomato sauce are also a great option.
