The winemaker notes "Alandra Red wine is made from traditional grape varieties. It had a deep ruby colour, lifted red berry fruit aromatics, and a soft, elegant, well balanced palate, with good depth of ripe fruit and fine supportive tannins." We love the value it offers at the price, enjoying the mildly candied and ripe raspberry, cherry, strawberry fruit as well as the interplay of white grapefruit and toastiness. This wine comes from a blend of the Moreto, Trincadeira, Castelao grapes.
