A medium bodied wine that will get even better as it breathes. With its very dark red color, it is a well-balanced wine with touches of a bit of vanilla and oak with perhaps a hint of fresh flowers on the nose. The taste is a little bit earthy, balanced with subtle fruit and a slight hint of green pepper with very little tannin. Best Served With: Light dishes of veal or chicken.
