95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Malbec 100% barrel fermented, aged 18 months in French Oak, 75% new. Deep dark cherry with touches of garnet and currant. Beautiful cedar with touches of dark chocolate, spices like cinnamon, thyme, paprika lingering on plum, cassis and coconut. Fresh but velvety, lingering on fine tannins and acidity with touches of boysenberry, starfruit, cherries, violet, pansy, raspberry.
