Evan DeMarco is the youngest and newest addition to The Tasting Panel. He has been studying wine while working at Bayway World of Liquor since he was 18 and at 21 joined the Panel. Evan adds some spice to the tasting team as he enjoys robust complex reds and cask proof Bourbon. Red Burgundies from producers Domaine Bzikot, Michele Noellat and Domaine Maillard are among his favorites wines. Evan is enthusiastic about introducing the quality and craftsmanship of these wines to Bayway customers. Evan is WSET certified. |
